I'm traveling from Land's End to John O' Groats by means of Google Street View and Fitbit. In other words I have actually walked every mile I log, just in a more mundane location. This blog records the route I might have taken, if I had the luxury of taking a few months off work!

Today's route

Another day of Reservoiring...

Starting off again today skirting around the various lobes of Nant-y-Moch reservoir.

A very peaceful and beautiful, albeit to some degree man-made location. A great walking spot here with the distant hills reflecting off the surface of the lake.

The middle part of the walk winds its way along the Rhuddian river valley amongst hills and wooded areas.

The Mines!

Finishing off today close to Llyn Nantycagl - an artificial lake built to provide water to the now disused mines which are scattered around this area of Wales.
